RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR
PLEDGING A DISTANCE

  1. Applicants must submit their entries by registering online and paying the entry fees as per the tier selected.
  2. Only one applicant can apply for the event using a single email id. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
  3. Applicants must submit their entries only via the application modes mentioned here. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event Promoters.
  4. Before sending in your application, please check if you
    1. Have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form.
    2. Have paid the requisite entry fees.
    3. Have agreed to the ‘waiver’ and ‘consent’ in the application form.
    4. Have met the minimum age eligibility criteria of the event;
    5. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, the guardian has also agreed to the ‘waiver’ and ‘consent’ given in the application form.
  5. Submission of group/ corporate entries:
    1. Minimum 4 participants required to register as a group.
    2. Point of contact of the group/ corporate to visit here and fill up the pre-requisite form available online.
    3. Post submission of the group/ corporate pre-requisite form and making online payment of entry fees, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the pre-requisite form.
    4. Post making online payment, point of contact of the group/ corporate needs to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details.
    5. Registration team will get in touch with you and will send you online codes to register group/corporate members online.
    6. All members of the group/corporate need to register individually online here with the online codes issued by us.
    7. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
    8. Once online codes are purchased, it can only be used online for Sunfeast India Run As One 2020 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused online codes cannot be returned or cancelled and no refund will be entertained towards unused codes/incomplete registration.
    9. Online entries using any other payment mode other than online codes will not be treated as a group/corporate entry.
    10. All requisites to register online using group /corporate code, by an individual need to be fulfilled to complete online registration.
  6. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted
  7. You are required to use any mobile fitness app/wearable device which provides you with the option to record your activity. You have the option to either submit ‘quick screenshot’ from your mobile fitness app on your SIRAO profile, or authorise one of the supported apps for automatic data import. The detailed steps for either of the case are as follows:

    Screenshot Submission

    • Using any fitness app/tracker complete an activity of your choice (Start & Stop the activity on the app)
    • Take a screenshot of your completed activity, that shows date of activity, kms covered & time taken to complete it.
    • Log on to your SIRAO profile
    • Click on ‘My Activity’
    • Enter details of your activity & submit your screenshot
    • This will be verified and should reflect on your profile within a few hours

    Automatic data import using Google Fit (Android) -

    • Download log on to Google Fit app on your Android mobile phone
    • Log on to your SIRAO profile and connect your Google Fit app
    • You can use the Google Fit app to track your activity (Start & Stop the activity on the app)
    • Once you’ve completed the activity, it will be visible in the ‘Journal’ tab of your Google Fit app
    • From Google Fit app, data for any runs, walks or wheelchair activity, will be imported automatically to your SIRAO account within 24-48 hours of completion of the activity

    Automatic Data Import using Google Fit (IOS) -

    • Download & log on to Google Fit app on your IOS mobile phone. Watch the tutorial video here
    • Connect your Apple Health app with your Google Fit app
    • Log on to your SIRAO profile and connect your Google Fit app
    • Download any supported fitness apps/tracker, click here and connect it with your Apple Health app
    • Record any activity using your supported fitness app (Start & Stop the activity on the app)
    • Once you’ve completed the activity, it will be visible in the ‘Journal’ tab of your Google Fit app
    • From Google Fit app, data for any runs, walks or wheelchair activity, will be imported automatically to your SIRAO account within 24-48 hours of completion of the activity

    Automatic data import using Garmin Connect -

    • If you are a Garmin watch user, you can connect your Garmin Connect account to your SIRAO profile
    • Data for any runs or walks, after you connect your Garmin Connect account, will be imported automatically to your SIRAO account (subject to conditions).
    • Only one tracking app can be authorized at one given point in time.

    Quick Submit 30mins or 1km” -

    • Login to Sunfeast IRAO platform at https://sunfeastindiarunasone.procam.in
    • After signing in - you will see two tabs:
      • My Profile and Bib
      • My Activities
    • Go to " My Activities" and click on 'Quick Submit 30mins or 1km’ tab
    • Once verified the activity data submitted will reflect within a few hours
    • You will receive a pop-up message, confirm on the same by clicking ‘yes’
  8. Multiple runs/ walks (minimum 100 metres) with a screenshot are accepted and can be submitted. Activities must be submitted within 5 days of completion.
  9. You will also be able to view all the reports and leaderboards using your Sunfeast IRAO website login account on your laptop, computer or mobile devices. (https:/sunfeastindiarunasone.procam.in)
  10. Android users can use Google Fit app to directly record their activities (Run/ Walk/ Treadmill walk / Treadmill run). Google Fit app also provides some special activity types which can be used by people with disabilities. E.g. Wheelchair users. Direct recording of activity on IOS is not possible via Google fit and IOS users will have to link other apps mentioned below to integrate with Google Fit to enable auto import of data.

  12. Gratification mentioned on will be given based on the Tier selected during registration, on or before 13th November 2020.
  13. Event promoters will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/ error in activity data collected from the suggested apps/method of auto integration or failure to receive activity data from the suggested apps, from the participant for any reason.
  14. Screenshots submitted shall be subject to verification by the Event promoters. Where any discrepancy is observed in the activity results displayed, participant’s specific activity/activities shall stand disqualified and will not be considered in overall performance of the said participant.
  15. Participant(s) may be required to submit further proof of identity/age and activity proof (if unavailable for more than 1 km recorded daily activity) such as activity distance, activity date and time, activity pace, activity km/miles split data of any specific or all the activities, as may be required by the Event Promoters, failing which the Event Promoters may, at its sole discretion, disqualify specific activity or all the activities of the said participant.
  16. Once the applicant has paid for the Sunfeast India Run As One, requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
  17. Your entry is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
  18. Entries not accepted: Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, of the total amount paid, only the application fees, paid by you will be refunded on or before 13th November 2020. An amount of Rs 50 (change maker); Rs 200 (change leader) & Rs 350 (change champion) will be deducted as processing charges from the total fees paid. You will receive 80G certificate for the donation amount paid by you on email, if PAN card detail was provided at the time of registration. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event’s Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 13th November 2020.
  19. I/my ward shall follow and adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown, social distancing, public gathering etc. In my/my ward's failure to follow any such guidelines/GR, I/ my ward shall not hold the Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates responsible for my/my ward's actions or the consequences thereof.
  20. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned on the website sunfeastindiarunasone.procam.in prior to submitting your application.
  21. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the Event Promoters, Procam International Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
  22. Event Promoters reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Sunfeast India Run As One at any point in time.
